What BlackMoniker is
BlackMoniker turns your messy notes and documents into structured, trackable plans. To do that it needs a small amount of your data. This page lists all of it — there is nothing else.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics — when you sign in with Google we receive your email address, display name and profile picture. That's the whole scope; we never request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or anything else.
- Content you submit — the documents and text you upload, and the plans, tasks and notes generated from them. They're stored so you can track your work.
- Contact messages — if you use the contact form, we keep the name, email and message you typed so we can reply.
- Basic technical logs — standard web-server logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention.
How AI processing works
When you upload a document, its text is sent to Google's Gemini API to extract tasks and deadlines, under Google's API terms. We send only the document text — never your email or identity. We don't use your content to train any models.
Cookies
One session cookie, used solely to keep you signed in. No advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. The session expires after 24 hours.
Where your data lives
On our own server, served exclusively over HTTPS. Your workspace is private: every query is scoped to your account, and no other user can see your projects.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
- Send you marketing email.
- Read your documents for any purpose other than generating your plan.
Your controls
- Delete a project any time in the app — its tasks, notes and resources are removed immediately.
- Delete your account — send a message via the contact form from your sign-in address and we'll erase your account and everything in it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the landing page.
